Our Tempe office is looking for a talented React Developer to join our Engineering team! Do you have what it takes? Keep reading to find out!


As a Front End Developer, you will build large client-side web applications from scratch and is familiar with standard software patterns and best practices.

KUBRA's hiring efforts will continue during the COVID-19 pandemic. Any face-to-face stages of our interview process will be virtual via video conference.

What you get to do every day

  • Build large client-side web applications entirely in JavaScript ES6/Typescript

  • Support existing JavaScript code bases with bug fixes or enhancements

  • Work with designers to build and develop GUIs for KUBRA applications

  • The ability to adapt to changing environments rather quickly

  • Creative, passionate and a team player!

  • Someone with excellent communication skills to be able to confidently communicate organization information through department meetings and one-on-one meetings

  • A stickler for enforcing quality and service standards

  • A true talent and drive for resolving issues, identifying trends, and recommending improvements

What skills do you need?

  • 2-3 years of experience working with JavaScript

  • React experience is a must 

  • Experience with at least one JavaScript framework

  • Experience with HTML and CSS and strong knowledge of the latest standards and techniques

  • Knowledge of maps or other mapping libraries is preferred 

  • Writing Javascript tests and experience with Javascript testing Frameworks

  • Experience with TypeScript or interest in learning TypeScript preferred

  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to communicate and work well in a team environment
