We are a rapidly growing company that needs an energetic Manager, Regional Sales to join our dynamic team. This position is remotely based.


KUBRA's hiring efforts will continue during the COVID-19 pandemic. Any face-to-face stages of our interview process will be virtual via video conference.

What you get to do every day

  • Build and maintain existing & new opportunities with prospects/clients so they remain satisfied and continue doing business with KUBRA
  • Manage the planning of sales and draft Statements of Work for enhancement, upgrade, or follow-on projects
  • Recognize problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent and evaluate alternatives to find solutions
  • Develop new business through consultative selling to high-level executives, prospecting, preparation of proposals, and reporting of sales activities to the Senior Director of North American Sales
  • Manage the flawless execution of the KUBRA sales process, including proposals, presentations, contract negotiations, signing and implementation definition (statement of work), financial analysis, SOW development, and implementation/account management transition

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and tight timelines using analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate with, present to, and influence people at all levels of client organizations, including executive and C-level
  • A detail-oriented focus with a demonstrated ability to multitask
  • Interest in the challenge, excitement, and responsibility of a fast-paced growth environment
  • Knowledge of project management methods and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What skills do you need?

  • 2-3 years of Sales experience
  • CIS, GIS, OMS / CIS familiarity and Outage Management
  • Experience in the Utility industry is mandatory
  • Understanding of the power putage cycle process
  • A technical background or experience in IT project management is preferred
  • Preference for experience with GIS, OMS, CIS & WMS etc. within the Utility vertical
  • Preference for ability to work in the Tempe, AZ office location or remotely\
  • Advanced skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Working knowledge of Sales Force application
