Overview

KUBRA is in growth mode and currently seeking an experienced and versatile Business Systems Analyst to improve our development operations systems and work alongside our DevSecOps Team!

In this role, your duties will include analyzing and selecting tools and solutions that optimize the delivery of KUBRA’s services as we expand our use of public cloud. Additionally, the role is responsible for public cloud expense analysis, reporting, monitoring and optimization and identifying automation opportunities.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services.
  • Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users.
  • Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects.
  • Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
  • Analyzing and improving the performance of web-based customer portals and support services.
  • Ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments.
  • Monitoring cloud costing to ensure budgets and cost centers are maintained.
  • Promoting system efficiency and security by integrating performance metrics and encryption.
  • Implementing new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture.

What kind of person should you be?

  • You enjoy keeping up with devops advancements.
  • You have exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.
  • You have knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.

What skills do you need?

  • 3+ years of experience in technical business analytics or equivalency.
  • Experience with Amazon (AWS) or Azure cloud is required.
  • Experience with software development teams or devops teams is preferred.
  • Compliance experience (e.g. SOC, PCI, etc) preferred.
  • Extensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.
  • Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.
  • Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as PCI, ITIL and SOC.
  • Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet and document management.
